Our staff is able to provide 24/7 care when you need it. Intermountain Home Health, Inc. believes in keeping you in your home for as long as possible while receiving care and management of your long-term disease. We accept all forms of health care insurance except Medicare.
What We Do
WE BELIEVE IN BEDSIDE CARE
The owner of Intermountain Home Health, Inc. has been a nurse in the health care industry for more than 25 years. Bringing medicine and care back to the bedside is her passion. Our work is overseen by a Masters-prepared registered nurse. We are a large home health agency which allows us to provide home health care in Natrona, Converse, Laramie, Sheridan, and Johnson counties in Wyoming.
