The mission of WRA is to promote a healthy Wind River watershed, and by that, assist in restoring justice and health to our communities. The WRA is a cross-cultural, community-based organization based on and around the Wind River Indian Reservation in west-central Wyoming. WRA seeks to build community vision and action for restoring the health of our watershed in a way that crosses political, racial, and generational boundaries. WRA is a diverse group: our governing council, staff, activists, and members include members of the Shoshone and Arapaho Tribes, young people, elders, educators, scientists, and concerned citizens.
