Who We Are
The WHC administers the Continuum of Care Grant and Emergency Solutions Grant for the State of Wyoming. The WHC is also responsible for the annual Homeless Point-in-Time Count, which is a requirement for HUD funding. That count takes place every January.
What We Do
The Wyoming Homeless Collaborative is the State of Wyoming's Continuum of Care for homeless services. Our WHC membership consists of service providers, shelter directors, state government admistrators, Veterans Administration employees, and advocates for the homeless.
