Wyoming Homeless Collaborative- Northeast Region

What We Do

We are a collaborative of agencies and individuals committed to ending homelessness in Wyoming.  We work by coordinating, networking, and building resources for the agencies that work directly with individuals and families experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless.  The Northeast Region, also known as the Homelessness Resource Alliance of Northeastern Wyoming, is a chapter of the state Wyoming Homeless Collaborative.  Our purpose is to support agencies in Crook, Weston, Campbell, Sheridan, and Johnson counties and disperse information and resources to them from the state and national level.

One of our main duties is to collect data on individuals and families experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless, which is currently performed annually at the Homeless Point-in-Time count.  This data is then used to measure the effectiveness of programming and apply for Federal funding through HUD to support those programs further.
