SHAPPS is a non profit 501c3 that primarily works with volunteers to involve the community in projects the benefit the public (all ages) and work to provide a lasting legacy for the future.
What We Do
Preserve, protect, study, share and educate the history and prehistory of Sunrise Wyoming and the surrounding areas. SHAPPS has an educational facility, museum and lab. It also has one of the oldest paleoindian sites in North America. SHAPPS has a partnership with Eastern Wyoming College to do field school and various other projects.
