Who We Are
Founded in 1997, Teton Raptor Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing raptor conservation through education, research, and rehabilitation. Volunteers are essential members of our team. Volunteer opportunities are diverse and available every day of the year. Please check our website to learn more, sign up for a volunteer orientation, and embark on a journey to help keep wild birds wild.
What We Do
Teton Raptor Centers Education Team is committed to offering educational resources to the public through both public and private programs, while also prioritizing the well-being of our on-site avian ambassadors with daily training and enrichment activities. The Rehabilitation Team cares for approximately 200 sick, injured, and orphaned birds each year, providing round-the-clock care to ensure the best possible recovery for each patient. Lastly, our Research Team dedicates hundreds of hours annually to gaining a deeper understanding of our feathered neighbors through a variety of research projects, including tracking Golden Eagle migration and conducting Great Grey Owl nest surveys.
