Who We Are
We provide crisis intervention, options and referrals, shelter, transportation, emergency financial assistance and emergency legal advocacy for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. We have a safehouse at each end of Lincoln County. We also rprovide prevention education programs in the schools and the communities.
We have two 24-hour crisis lines, one in Kemmerer and one in Star Valley. Our crisis lines are manned by trained volunteers.

The Turning Point is the agency in Lincoln County that assists victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Our overall mission is to reduce the incidence of family violnece, sexual assault, incest and child abuse.
