The Science Zone

The Science Zone offers a wide variety of opportunities for hands-on science learning. This is accomplished through camps, homeschool classes, public school field trips, in-school programming, community outreach, and much more!

We have a multitude of needs for volunteers in all capacities that range from areas such as answering the phone, operating the gift shop, assisting with educational events, cleaning, exhibit and building maintenance feeding animals, and supporting special events.  

The Science Zone seeks to inspire curiosity.
