Wyoming State Museum Volunteers

The mission of the organization is to support the Wyoming State Museum in fulfilling its statewide role to collect, care for, exhibit, and interpret its collections and enhance the state's cultural heritage. We are primarily an organization of retired individuals who can work during the week, but Saturday assignments are available.

We support the Wyoming State Museum by maintaining a Welcome Desk, greeting visitors, assisting with Museum events, fundraising to enable donations for Museum displays and programs, working with the Museum's Collections, and other work to enhance the visitor experience and support the Museum staff.
