Join Downtown Casper on Saturday, October 27 in all things Halloween! Trick-or-treat with your kiddos at the downtown merchants from 10 am to 12 pm.
Then, head over to David Street Station at 1 pm for our annual Halloween Costume Contest! There will be many categories based on age, group size, and costume type, so wear your sweetest, scariest, and most creative costume. Local celebrity judges will be in on the action to determine who will take home to the top honor. May the best costumes win!
