Key Board position responsible for assisting in the logistical planning of the Festival event weekend.  Work in partnership with the Chairman to ensure a successful, quality event.

Board position responsible for organizing the events in the Culture tent, including recruiting talent, scheduling Celtic culture talks and demonstrations, and set up of program space.

Board member responsible for raising money by seeking and developing Sponsorship relationships with local businesses.  May build a committee of volunteers to help reach more sponsorship partners.  This is a key board position as most funding for the festival comes from sponsorship.  

Board position responsible for recruiting and registering Celtic Artisan and Food vendors as well as organizing and facilitating the vendors during set up and operation of the Festival.

Key board position responsible for keeping and distributing minutes at all board meetings, sending out meeting reminders and updates, and helping committee members with needed correspondence.
