The Casper Soccer Club sponsors a couple of Soccer tournaments thoughout the year. We rely on usually 10-20 volunteers for field marshals. The field marshals are an important part of the running of the tournament. The referee assignor relies on the field marshals to notify him if there is not a referee on a field. 2 way radios are set up for use by the field marshals, referee and medical personal. There is a field marshal stationed inside the referee tent along with the referee assignor. The other field marshals are stationed at the fields before and during play. The field marshal duties are to be available at the field at all times in order to radio to the referee assignor/tournament director of any information that needs to be passed on, such as a not having a referee on that field, or to call medical personal if any injuries occurs. The field marshal will also need to be able to answer general questions about the field layout, all information will be provided. If you enjoy watching the game of soccer, this would be a great opprotunity to serve the kids of the Casper Soccer Club and get in a game of soccer and enjoy in the outdoors.
