The Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation (WY Southern Region) is looking for an enthusiastic Merchandise Chair to take the reins of our event swag and auction prizes right here in Star Valley! Banquets and fundraising events are the lifeblood of our conservation work, and the merchandise is what gets the crowd excited. You’ll be the master behind the scenes making sure everything looks great and runs smoothly!
Your Mission as Merchandise Chair:
Manage the Goods: Receive, inspect, and organize all the incredible event merchandise, ensuring everything is accounted for and ready to roll.
Keep Perfect Score: Track and maintain an accurate inventory so the team always knows what assets we have for our big fundraising nights.
Coordinate the Haul: Work with the local committee to secure gear through a mix of community donations, local purchases, and the official RMEF event merchandise purchase program.
