Who We Are

The American Red Cross has been serving the people of Wyoming since the first Rocky Mountain chapter was chartered in 1914. Today, the American Red Cross of Wyoming is part of the Red Cross Colorado & Wyoming Region. Our volunteer teams, located throughout Wyoming, make it possible for us to serve more than 560,000 people and cover more than 97,800 square miles.

What We Do

The American Red Cross of Wyoming provides food and shelter in emergencies, assists members of our armed forces and their families, teaches lifesaving skills, as well as work to make sure that every community is prepared for disasters big and small. Our mission is prevent and alleviate human suffering in the face of emergencies by mobilizing the power of volunteers and the generosity of donors.
