ESGR - Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve

Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) is a Department of Defense agency that seeks to promote a culture in which all American employers support and value the military service of their employees. We recongnize outstanding support, increase awareness o f the law and resolve conflicts through mediation. We present awards to supportive employers, do information briefings to civilian and military on request. We also assist unemployed service members find employment .
