Mission, Goals and Objectives WRDFys mission is to provide financial opportunities to stimulate economic development on the Wind River Indian Reservation, promoting self-sufficiency, self-determination and an enhanced quality of life for the reservation community. WRDFys goals are four-fold: Goal 1. Provide financial products and services responsive to the needs of the community. Goal 2. Increase community membersy business and financial management skills. Goal 3. Improve the reservation business environment. Goal 4. Become a long-term, sustainable resource for the community.
