Prepare free individual tax returns to low-to-moderate income individuals, provide prior year tax return preparation, and prepare amended tax returns.

To serve the underserved populations of the Low Income and Limited English Proficient populations, including the elderly, who are most vulnerable to predatory tax preparation and lending practices, and who have the least access and the least knowledge about the resources that enable persons to meet individual tax obligations.
