Cheyenne Capital Chorale

We bring the joy of music to our community with a non-auditioned group of singers through the Cheyenne Capital Chorale.

Singers of many levels are a part of this group and together we create beautiful music, friendships and memories.

We have members that have been singing with us for 25+ years and some multi-generational family members as well!

The Cheyenne Capital Chorale has been making music in southeast Wyoming for 70 years!  This non-auditioned group is comprised of about 70 adult singers from all walks of life with an array of musical expertise.  We invite you to join us as either a singer or a member of the audience!   

The Cheyenne Capital Chorale has a small auditioned group.  This "Singers" ambassador group, of up to 12 Chorale members, is available for community events and performances.

The wide range of music performed by the Capital Chorale is evident in past concerts which include The Creation by Hayden, Mendelssohn’s Elijah, a collection of opera choruses performed with the Cheyenne Symphony Orchestra, holiday concerts and a program featuring the best of Broadway.  We love to incorporate local groups into our performances and promote different musical styles!

All singers are welcome to join in for a fun, educational and uplifting experience.  We rehearse on Tuesday evenings from 7PM – 9PM at the First united Methodist Church in the choir room. Please use the north side entrance.
