Casper Area Transportation Coalition (CATC)

We are a volunteer board of directors with no paid employees. We meet as needed to review grant applications and award funding to non-profit and public agencies serving the individuals listed above.

The Mission of CATC moving forward is to provide assistance to individuals who are elderly, disabled, transportation disadvantaged and low to moderate income through social service and public agencies by reimbursing them for the expenses of pay for those rides and providing funds to help purchase vehicles to transport agency clients.
