A faith-driven and Christ-centered nonprofit organization, we promote collaborative and innovative partnerships with individuals and organizations in an unrelenting quest to provide simple, decent homes for people in need. 

 What the poor need isn't charity — it's capital. We provide that capital by using materials, volunteer labor and construction expertise to help those in need of simple, decent places to live. We believe that handouts are often detrimental to their recipients but that a hand-up is a blessing, so those we work with contribute "sweat equity" as they help in construction and then repay the costs on terms they can afford, over time and with no interest charged. This way, they are empowered as true partners in the work instead of charity cases.
