Our mission is to collect, preserve, and exhibit the work of contemporary artists and present it to the community as a vital source of inspiration and education. Vision - To be the cultural anchor for our community.

What We Do

The Nicolaysen Art Museum (The NIC) and Discovery Center are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to enriching our community through the visual arts. For more than six decades, The NIC has provided access to art education, exhibitions, and hands-on creative experiences for children, families, and adults across Wyoming.
