The 55+ Volunteer Initiative identifies volunteer opportunities for people 55+ that meet critical community needs. The 55+ Initiative provides its volunteers with ongoing support and seeks to enrich the lives of 55+ volunteers. The 55+ Initiative encourages volunteers to bring their lifetime of talents, experiences, skills, and hobbies to help improve our communities.  As a member of the 55+ Initiative, volunteers join one of the largest volunteer networks in the United States. The 55+ Initiative collects volunteer hours and impact information to illuminate the diverse ways that adults, aged 55+ are making communities stronger across the nation.
