We provide education, care, and support programs/services including our 24/7 Helpline (800.272.3900), staffed by master’s-level clinicians and specialists. We offer an array of on demand resources and tools, including ALZConnected®, Alzheimer’s Navigator®, Community Resource Finder, and more.
While we are a national organization, we are organized by Chapters providing local programs and services, always at no cost. Since we believe that no one should walk this journey alone, our team works intentionally to extend our reach to improve access to our robust services, including rural and underserved populations.
Care & Support: We support the nearly 10,000 Wyomingites living with Alzheimer's or another dementia, and their 16,000 caregivers, through education, support groups, and individual care consultations. Volunteers are needed throughout the state to conduct outreach, teach classes, and facilitate caregiver support groups.
Advocacy: We advocate for those affected by developing relationships with our federal and state representatives to encourage critical legislation. Volunteers from all over Wyoming are needed as Federal Ambassadors & Advocates, and State Champions.
Fundraising: We raise funds to support our Wyoming-based programs and services, but also to move global research forward. Our main fundraisers are the Walk to End Alzheimer's and The Longest Day. Please contact us to see how you can help #ENDALZ in your area of Wyoming.
We provide training, mentoring, coaching, and support to our volunteers. Come and join our team!
