Laramie County Fire Authority

Laramie County Fire District #2 was established in 1945 protecting approximately 1,100 square miles north and northwest of Cheyenne, Wyoming. Today, LCFD#2 is considered a combination department with 4 full-time staff members, 60 volunteer firefighters, 5 volunteer board members, and 6 volunteer auxiliary members.

Laramie County Fire District #2 exists to protect life, home, and property by providing fire suppression, rescue, medical assistance, and public education with proficient, well trained, caring, and compassionate personnel with pride, honor, and integrity.
