We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to lend a hand with set up, tear down, and activities at the Beartrap Summer Festival in Washington Park. Examples of volunteer activities include working in the ticket booth and monitoring The Family Field. Every volunteer will receive a weekend pass to enjoy the festivities, a parking pass, and a meal voucher during their shifts. Available shifts are as follows:
Set up 9am-5pm Thursday August 1st (You will not be required to stay the whole day. Any time you can give is helpful.)
Saturday, August 3rd
Morning: 9:00am-1:30pm
Afternoon: 1:30pm-5:45pm
Sunday, August 4th
Morning: 8:30am-12:30pm
Afternoon: 12:30-4:15pm
Tear Down: 6pm-8pm
