If you're looking for a fun-filled day to soak up some sun while playing in the dirt, consider joining us on Sunday, May 15th from 9am-noon to help us set up our new Food for Thought Community Garden location at 918 W 10th St!
We will be doing a variety of garden tasks for this work day, so come prepared with clothes you don't mind getting dirty and some sunscreen, we will provide the drinks and snacks!
A few garden tasks include building more garden beds, filling the beds with compost, filling the spaces between the beds with wood chips, setting up drip systems and more!
This is a family-friendly event, so children and all are welcome!
