A peer support group for those suffering with thoughts of suicide, and those with mental health concerns. This group offers a safe, non-judgmental place for people to talk about their feelings that have led them to attempt suicide, have thoughts of suicide, and to express their mental health concerns. To lessen the risk factors that surround suicide and mental health, we discuss coping skills, resources, and information to offer hope in a time of need.
This group meets every Wednesday. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. and meeting begins at 6:30 p.m.
