55+ Volunteer Initiative/RSVP - Lunchroom Volunteers

The Casper Senior Center is in need of people to volunteer in their dining room during lunch time from 11 am to 1 pm. Lunchroom volunteers carry trays for the seniors and help them find a place to sit. They bring beverages to the seniors and clear trays when the seniors  have finished lunch. 

Volunteers are needed Monday through Friday so you can choose a day that fits your schedule. Better yet, volunteer with a friend and spend time together helping seniors.  All volunteers who help in the dining room are treated to a free lunch on the day that they serve.  

If you can help, here's what you need to do:

1. Contact ServeWyoming: (307) 234-3428  or email at  RSVP@servewyoming.org. 

2. Make sure your RSVP registration is current.

3. We will connect you with the volunteer coordinator at the Senior Center so you may discuss when you want to volunteer.

4. Show up at the Senior Center 15 minutes early on your volunteer day wearing sturdy shoes that you can stand and walk in for two hours.

5. Be happy knowing that you helped out seniors in our community.
