Volunteers will be needed to help community members complete a survey at Project Homeless Connect. Duties will include:
- Welcoming community members with a friendly smile and encourage them to grab a hot beverage and take a seat.
- If needed, explain to community members that their answers to this survey will help provide resources to our state and community. Their answers are completely confidential and no identifying information will be shared.
- You will need to read the survey and fill in the information for them. They can refuse to answer any question, but you need to mark "don't know/refuse". Once finished, double check that the survey is as complete as possible and sign at the bottom.
- Thank them for completing the survey and encourage them to take their time, visit the information stations, grab a meal, participate in the medical screenings, and pick up any donations they may need.
Please note: You will be required to stop back by the volunteer Check-in table and sign out when your shift is over.
