Are you looking for a way to get involved in Casper's biggest fine arts Gala of the year? The Nicolaysen Art Museum and Doran Boston Discovery Center is looking for a small set of volunteers to help out during this extremely important fundraiser for the arts. Work a full shift, or just an hour or two!

August: Gala Planning Committee Member: Join Nicolaysen staff for occasional planning meetings leading up to September 5th.
August: Gala Promotion Committee Member: Assist events and media staff with brainstorming promotional material and help spread the word about the event.
September 5th (5PM-11PM): BASH DOOR GREETERS: Wear your best black-dress and join us for a free night of music, dancing, and art. General duties include opening doors, emptying trash cans, and helping patrons with directions. 21+ volunteers needed for bottle service. Set up and clean up shifts available.
September 6th (5PM-11PM): GALA BALL DOOR GREETERS: Wear your best black-dress and join us for a free afternoon of art appreciation and cultural recognition. 21+ volunteers needed for bottle service. General duties include opening doors, emptying trash cans, and helping patrons with directions. Set up and clean up shifts available.
